In 2020, Karen joined forces with Dr. Vishu Rumalla at Tarrant Plastic Surgery, serving DFW with office sin both Fort Worth and Keller. Her precision and dedication quickly earned her recognition within the industry.
Leadership and Recognition: Recognized for her exceptional skills, Karen was appointed as an Injector Trainer with Allergan in 2022. This prestigious role places her among only 500 nationwide and one of twelve in the competitive DFW metroplex. Her ongoing training from the Allergan Medical Institute ensures she remains at the forefront of advanced injection techniques.

Dr Vishnu Rumalla

A native of Arlington, TX, Dr. Rumalla has traveled all over the United States to obtain his education before returning home to open his practice in Tarrant County. He received both his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Miami. After receiving his medical degree, he completed a general surgery residency at Rutgers University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. He then attended Indiana University, where he completed his plastic surgery fellowship. Tarrant Plastic Surgery was created in 2004 and is dedicated to serving the greater Fort Worth, TX, area. In his free time, Dr. Rumalla loves traveling with his wife and kids, landscaping, and growing a beautiful collection of plants and flowers in his home.
