Proven Expertise: Karen Sticka brings over two decades of expertise injecting Botox Cosmetic and the Juvederm Collection of Fillers as a board-certified Physician Assistant. Her journey began with a BS from Canisius College and PA certification from LeMoyne College, setting a solid foundation for her career in medical aesthetics.
Esteemed Career Milestones: During her early career, Karen focused on Emergency Medicine and Dermatology. In 2020, Karen joined forces with Dr. Vishu Rumalla at Tarrant Plastic Surgery, serving DFW with office sin both Fort Worth and Keller. Her precision and dedication quickly earned her recognition within the industry.
Leadership and Recognition: Recognized for her exceptional skills, Karen was appointed as an Injector Trainer with Allergan in 2022 and partnered with ADVA Light, a world renown laser company, in 2025. Her ongoing training ensures she remains at the forefront aesthetic techniques.
Mentorship and Innovation: Karen's passion extends beyond her practice; she now mentors the next generation of aesthetic injectors and laser practitioners, imparting both basic principles and advanced techniques. Dr Vishnu Rumalla

A native of Arlington, TX, Dr. Rumalla has traveled all over the United States to obtain his education before returning home to open his practice in Tarrant County. He received both his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Miami. After receiving his medical degree, he completed a general surgery residency at Rutgers University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. He then attended Indiana University, where he completed his plastic surgery fellowship. Tarrant Plastic Surgery was created in 2004 and is dedicated to serving the greater Fort Worth, TX, area. In his free time, Dr. Rumalla loves traveling with his wife and kids, landscaping, and growing a beautiful collection of plants and flowers in his home.
